Lindsay Lohans Day at the Courthouse

Reporting for her probation hearing, Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at the Beverly Hills Courthouse around 8:25am this morning (July 6).

The “Mean Girls” actress could go to jail this time around, as she reportedly failed to keep up the terms of her probation by skipping out on her alcohol education classes.

Once in the courtroom, LiLo watched as the prosecutor criticized the Right On program for failing to produce documents pertaining to Lohan’s progress in her classes, prompting Judge Marsha Revel to order the documents be delivered.

Currently, the court is in recess as the Judge goes over those reports and determines whether or not Lindsay should be held accountable for yet another legal screw-up.

Interestingly enough, once this case is finished, Ms. Lohan will be facing another lawsuit from Tough As Nails, a boutique that claims she owes them thousands of dollars. This morning on her elevator ride to the courtroom, Lindsay was served with papers for that suit.
