She looked nervous and fidgety as she sat in the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning (July 6) and Lindsay Lohan had good reason for her uneasiness.
The “Georgia Rule” actress sat back and watched Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of the Right On program, as she got drilled by the prosecutor regarding Lohan’s attendance at alcohol education classes.
Marshall admitted that LiLo had missed 9 regularly scheduled classes since December, though Right On had not notified the judge of the absences.
In addition, there were times that Lindsay didn’t give her reasons for missing the sessions, making it look like she wasn’t taking her probation seriously.
Back in May and August of 2009, Cheryl also noted that Lohan failed to regularly attend the program and gave more excuses that came off “endless and disrespectful.”
The court is currently on break for lunch, but will return this afternoon at 1:30pm West Coast time to continue the proceedings.
