Gearing up for another work day, Penn Badgley and Jessica Szohr were spotted on the set of “Gossip Girl” this morning (July 27).

The CW stars chatted for a bit while preparing to film some scenes on location in the Manhattan borough of New York City.

In career news, Jessica is just weeks away from seeing her new movie “Piranha 3D” hit theaters all over the nation.

Also starring Jerry O’Connell, Christopher Lloyd and Elizabeth Shue, “Piranha 3D” is about a group of tourists who must join forces to avoid being eaten by a prehistoric school of man-eating fish.
