He’s expected to appear in the Aspen, Colorado court later today (August 2), but Charlie Sheen does not have to worry about being sent to jail.
Word has it that the “Men At Work” actor is heading out west right now and will be meeting with his lawyer Yale Galanter ahead of the legal session.
Mr Sheen will plead no contest to a misdemeanor – not a felony, and he will be able to continue filming for “Two and a Half Men.”
If they cannot strike a deal, sources told TMZ that both sides will ask for a trial date when they appear in court at 3:00PM PDT.
