Taking her crazy dance-infused pop show up north, Ke$ha was spotted rocking out in Toronto, Canada last night (August 5).

Opening for Rihanna’s “Last Girl on Earth” tour, the “TiK ToK” singer looked to be in fine form as she took the stage at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre.

In related news, it seems Ke$ha has found a kindred spirit to help her stay sane in the nutty world of show business- Adam Lambert.

She explained, “In a business full of utmost douchebaggery, I’m really lucky to have found a real friend in him.”
