The former “Hills” character spent over $7,500 during a recent trip to the 4 Play Gentleman’s Club in Los Angeles while looking for actresses for his new film “Tower 69: Beach Patrol Featuring 3D Boobs.”
In his typical flamboyant style, Spencer told Radar Online, “We were casting for my new film I am producing. Tell all the press Spencer was casting ‘talent!’”
An eyewitness observed, “Spencer and his pals had a blast. He was sitting at a table with around seven scantily-clad women who were all vying for his attention. His posse of security guys and friends were scattered at surrounding tables. Spencer was spotted with a big wad of $100 bills in his hands and not surprisingly he was proving to be very popular with the ladies inside the club.”
