Keeping up with her always-busy schedule, Kim Kardashian was spotted making her way around Los Angeles, California on Monday afternoon (August 9).

The E! reality beauty looked cute as she visited a local medical building for an appointment before treating herself to a frozen snack from the local Pinkberry.

The errands follow morning work duties as Kim tweeted, "Morning tweet hearts! Heading to a fab photo shoot for ShoeDazzle.com!"

And as a new season of Teen Choice winner "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" nears, Kim can barely contain her excitement, as she wrote to her many fans, "This season is gonna be HOT HOT HOT!!! Ahhhh, I can’t wait!!! It’s crazy to think that we are on our fifth season!!!"
