Lindsay Lohans Judge Off the Case

She was responsible for sentencing Lindsay Lohan to jail time along with a 90-day rehab stay, and now Judge Marsha Revel has been removed from the case.

Apparently, Revel is facing accusations that she contacted “participants and experts” related to the case without notifying lawyers in advance.

The issues were brought up by Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney, Danette Meyers, on Friday and Marsha then voluntarily stepped down before formal paperwork was filed.

In one instance, Revel allegedly reached out to Morningside Recovery, the rehab center she was going to send the “Mean Girls” star to until she was convinced to send the actress to UCLA instead.
