Maribel Delgados DUI Mug Shot

This isn’t her first time making headlines for legal matters and early this morning (August 12) Maribel Delgado was arrested for drunk driving.

The winner of “The Bachelor’s” sixth season was apparently pulled over in Tampa, Florida around 12:45am.

After refusing a blood alcohol test, Delgado was charged with a misdemeanor and was later released on $500 bail.

Maribel, who was proposed to by “Bachelor” Byron Velvick, was also arrested in 2007 in Seminole, Florida on battery charges for allegedly punching Velvick in the face.
