Working hard to maintain her killer figure, Sofia Vergara was spotted kicking off her morning with some exercise today (August 18).

The “Modern Family” babe hit up a gym in Studio City, California before heading back to her car looking sufficiently worn out.

And when it comes to her diet, Sofia confessed that she’s trying hard to utilize self-control so that she’s ready for the Emmy Awards red carpet.

“I have to control [what I eat] now that I am going to get ready for the Emmys. When I really want to be good and control myself, I have lollipops in my handbag — instead of having a tiramisu, I have a boring lollipop.”
