According to E!, the Fugees rockstar did not make the list of legally approved candidates for the upcoming November 28th election.
A spokesperson from the election board told press, “He is not on the list as I speak.” But Wyclef says he’s definitely qualified.
Jean explained, "My lawyers have produced every piece of document that has been asked for. No one can say that there is any flaw.'
