Lindsay Lohan Rehab Release Update

Despite the 90-day rehab sentence handed down by Judge Marsha Revel, it seems Lindsay Lohan could be leaving the UCLA Medical Center as early as today.

According to Gossip Cop, the “Mean Girls” actress was assigned a new judge for her case, and Judge Elden Fox is in the process of issuing an order that LiLo be released.

Yesterday, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appeared in court to report that Lindsay was misdiagnosed and wasn’t in the dire state that she was originally thought to be in.

Now, Judge Fox’s order is expected to be given sometime after 1:30pm PST and Lindsay will subsequently be released.
