Enjoying a leisurely afternoon, Whitney Port was spotted having coffee in Santa Monica with a friend yesterday (August 23).

The “City” babe looked cute and casual as she arrived at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, sporting a white top and short denim shorts.

And though she’s kept quiet until now, Whitney finally spoke out about her former costar Heidi Montag’s ridiculous penchant for plastic surgery.

“If you really feel like you want a little nip and tuck, that’s your prerogative, but that’s not something I’d ever want to get into - especially to the level Heidi did. I think at our age it’s a little bit much.”
