Lindsay Lohan Turns Designated Driver

Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan took on the previously unthinkable role of designated driver in Los Angeles, CA over the weekend.

The "Mean Girls" starlet spent her first free Saturday (August 28) driving gal pal Eliat Anschel and another friend out to Chateau Marmont in her new Maserati.

The ladies reportedly left the notorious hotspot in a hurry, with paparazzi brazenly leaning out of their car windows to snap Lohan and friends making their getaway.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Lindsay was released from a court-ordered stint in jail and rehab last week following a violation of her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction.
