Prior to her VIP Room visit, Miss Cyrus treated herself to a delectable dinner at Hotel Costes on Rue Saint-Honoré after doing a little sight-seeing clad in a pair of ripped-up tights.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miley is in town - along with Ashley Greene - to shoot scenes for their new movie "LOL: Laughing Out Loud".
